::Singapore::
Hello everyone out there this is the blog owner here. I am on Starhub "MAX" Online more like Max offline to me. LOL! Anyway if anyone out there in Singapore reads my blog I really would like to know how you all feel I feel that the service of this ISP is lousy. Even with more freebies from Starhub like Printers and offers to Wireless products the services does not meet the expectations of us subscribers. Quoted from SCV website.

20 November 2001 Tuesday
SCV received its ISO 9001:2000 certification this month, a testimony that the company meets the international requirements of a good quality system. This is for both its SCV MaxOnline as well as its MaxTV service.
“SCV is the first company in Singapore to be awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification to both its media and infocomm operations,” said Wu Tek Ming, CEO of PSB Certification Pte Ltd.

When SCV was in control the access was still at acceptable rates not that Starhub took over speeds get slower and crawl. Downtime is high as it happens almost every month. Sometimes I wonder what Starhub is doing. Well do go and sign a petition from some guy.

::Sony::
Bye bye Sony CRTs at least for the 17 and 19 inches. Sony officials said the company will quietly phase out all of its 17-inch and 19-inch CRT monitors by March 31, part of the industry's shift away from CRTs to LCD panels. No more high definition monitors for the consumers. Well at least there is the LCD, go and get a Sony CRT soon maybe will become a antique item. My guess would be that the prices will be slashed to clear stock so look out at SLS maybe you'll get a good deal.

SAITEK WOW : With Out Wires adapter. This little innovative device creates a bridge between you PS2 controller port and a wireless station to plug in your controllers giving you distance from the console. This little device provides 8 hours game play on an 6 hours charge and the best thing it is charged directly from the console. This little bugger has a range of 10 m enough for you to get far from the television.
